Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

Welcome to The MedRoom.

The MedRoom is currently operating as a Tampa Bay Beta. The website is designed to collect interest from Room Curators, Room Seekers, and Build With Us contributors so the founding team can understand local supply, local demand, and potential manual matching opportunities before building a larger system.

By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Limitation of responsibility

The MedRoom is not responsible for decisions made by Room Curators, Room Seekers, providers, healthcare companies, advisors, contributors, or other third parties based on website content or beta conversations.

Each participant is responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement involving clinical space, provider access, healthcare operations, insurance, licensing, compliance, or business terms.
