We do not sell submitted form information.

The MedRoom is not currently operating as an automated booking system, public listing marketplace, patient scheduling tool, or patient communication system.

Room Curators, Room Seekers, healthcare companies, providers, and other participants remain responsible for their own legal, privacy, licensing, insurance, credentialing, and compliance obligations.

We use reasonable tools and practices to manage submitted beta information. However, no website, email system, form tool, or database can be guaranteed completely secure.

Because this site is not intended to collect patient information, you should not submit PHI or sensitive patient details through any MedRoom form.

The MedRoom may use third-party services to operate the website, receive form submissions, send email alerts, review beta information, and communicate with participants.

These tools may process submitted information only as needed to support beta operations.
